This service uses the car as a therapeutic environment to address life issues that may not be driving-related at all. It is an active alternative to traditional seated therapy.
- Best for: Stress, burnout, life transitions, or those who find "sitting and talking" in a room confronting or stagnant.
- The Approach: You drive while we explore your "inner dialogue." The movement of the car helps unlock "stuck" thoughts and provides an unfiltered mirror for your life patterns.
- Location: Exclusively In-Car (Sussex) to facilitate the "Counselling in Motion" experience.
